Set up and organize your workspaces to manage AI voice agents, team members, and resources

Creating Your First Workspace

When you first sign in to urvo, a workspace is automatically created for you. This is your default workspace where you can start building agents right away.

  1. Sign in to your urvo account.
  2. Your default workspace is created automatically on first login.
  3. You'll be taken to the workspace dashboard.
  4. Start by creating your first agent or inviting team members.

Creating Additional Workspaces

To create a new workspace:

  1. Click on the workspace name in the top-left corner of the sidebar.
  2. A dropdown menu will appear showing your existing workspaces.
  3. Click "Create Workspace" at the bottom of the dropdown.
  4. Enter a name for your new workspace.
  5. Configure any additional settings.
  6. Click "Create" to set up the workspace.

Note: Having more than one workspace may require a paid plan. Check your subscription for workspace limits.

Understanding Workspace Structure

Each workspace contains:

  • Agents: Your AI voice agents and their configurations
  • Team: Team members and their roles/permissions
  • Knowledgebases: Information repositories for your agents
  • Phone Numbers: Connected phone numbers for calls
  • Integrations: Connected third-party services and tools
  • Analytics: Call history and performance metrics

Managing Multiple Workspaces

If you have multiple workspaces, here are some tips:

  • Separate by department: Create workspaces for Sales, Support, etc.
  • Separate by client: Agencies can create workspaces per client
  • Separate by environment: Use workspaces for dev/staging/production
  • Separate by region: Create workspaces for different geographic regions

Switching Between Workspaces

To switch to a different workspace:

  1. Click on the workspace name in the top-left corner of the sidebar.
  2. Select the workspace you want to switch to from the dropdown.
  3. You'll be taken to that workspace's dashboard.
