Manage Your Account

Update your profile, security settings, and account preferences

Overview

The Account settings page allows you to manage your personal information, security credentials, and account preferences. You can access these settings from the Settings page in your dashboard.

Accessing Account Settings

  1. Click on Settings in your dashboard.
  2. Select the Account tab.

Profile Information

Update your personal details to keep your account information current.

Full Name

Your display name that appears across the platform. To update your name:

  1. Click on the Full Name field.
  2. Enter your new name.
  3. Click Save to confirm the change.

Security & Credentials

Manage your login credentials and account security settings to keep your account safe.

Email Address

Your email address is used for logging in and receiving important notifications.

Changing Your Email

To change your email address:

  1. Click the "Change Email" button.
  2. Enter your new email address.
  3. Check your current email inbox for a confirmation email and click the confirm button.
  4. Check your new email inbox for a confirmation email and click the confirm button.
  5. Once both confirmations are complete, your email will be updated.

Note: You must confirm the change from both your current and new email addresses for security purposes. This ensures that you have access to both email accounts.

Password

Keep your account secure with a strong password. We recommend using a unique password that includes a mix of letters, numbers, and special characters.

Changing Your Password

To change your password:

  1. Click the "Change Password" button.
  2. Enter your current password.
  3. Enter your new password.
  4. Confirm your new password.
  5. Click Save to update your password.

Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation after your password has been successfully changed.

Forgot Password

If you've forgotten your password and cannot log in, you can reset it from the login page.

Resetting Your Password

  1. Go to the Login page.
  2. Click the "Forgot Password?" button.
  3. Enter your email address.
  4. Check your email inbox for a password reset email.
  5. Click the button in the email to go to the Change Password page.
  6. Enter your new password.
  7. Confirm your new password.
  8. Log in with your new password.

Tip: If you don't see the password reset email, check your spam or junk folder. The email is sent from urvo and may take a few minutes to arrive.

Danger Zone

The Danger Zone contains irreversible actions that permanently affect your account.

Delete Account

Warning: Once you delete your account, there is no going back. This action cannot be undone.

Deleting your account will permanently remove:

  • All your personal data and profile information
  • All agents and their configurations
  • All knowledgebases and uploaded content
  • All call history and recordings
  • All workspace data and team associations
  • All integrations and connected services

Deleting Your Account

To permanently delete your account:

  1. Scroll to the Danger Zone section.
  2. Click the "Delete Account" button.
  3. Read the warning message carefully.
  4. Confirm your decision by typing your email or following the confirmation prompt.
  5. Click Delete to permanently remove your account.

Before Deleting: Consider exporting any important data or configurations you may need in the future. Once deleted, this information cannot be recovered.

Security Best Practices

Strong Passwords

  1. Use at least 12 characters
  2. Include uppercase and lowercase letters
  3. Add numbers and special characters
  4. Avoid common words or patterns

Account Safety

  1. Use a unique password for urvo
  2. Don't share your login credentials
  3. Log out from shared devices
  4. Update your password regularly
