Next Steps

  2. Test your agent before going live
  3. Add a knowledgebase for your agent
  4. Add a phone number to receive calls

Blank vs Business Agents

When you click Create Agent, you first choose the type:

  • Blank Agent — a clean agent you configure from scratch. You go straight to naming it.
  • Business Agent — a template-based agent. You pick an industry (Retail, Food & Beverage, Health & Fitness, Healthcare, Technology, Telecom, Real Estate, Education, Hospitality, or Other) and a use case for that industry, and the agent starts pre-filled for that scenario.

Either way, you finish by giving the agent a name (up to 50 characters) and are taken to its configuration.

Agent Tabs

Once an agent is open, its settings are organized into tabs:

  • Configure — general settings, voice, and advanced options. See Configure Agent.
  • Prompt — description, greeting, instructions, and closing message.
  • Tools — built-in and workspace tools. See Add Tools.
  • Workflow — a visual conversation flow builder. See Agent Workflow.
  • Calls — the call history for this specific agent.

Managing Your Agents

The Agents page lists every agent in your workspace. Each row shows the agent Name, its assigned Phone Number (or a dash if none), and when it was Last Updated.

  • Use the search box to find an agent by name.
  • Delete a single agent from its row menu, or select several with the checkboxes and delete them together.
  • Creating agents is disabled when you reach your plan's agent limit or run out of minutes — upgrade or add minutes to continue.

Sharing Your Agent

Open an agent and click Share Agent to create a public link that lets anyone talk to the agent in their browser — no sign-in required. Only the voice experience is shared; your configuration, prompts, and keys are never exposed.

  • Turn Share Link on to make the link live, or off to take it offline.
  • Set an Expiration: Never, 1 day, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.
  • Use Copy to grab the link, or Regenerate to mint a new one — regenerating immediately invalidates the previous link.
