Creating Your Account

To get started with urvo, you'll need to create an account:

  1. Visit the urvo website at urvo.io.
  2. Click the "Sign Up" button.
  3. Choose your sign-up method:
    • Email: Enter your email address and create a password
    • Google: Click "Continue with Google" to use your Google account
  4. Verify your email address by clicking the confirmation link sent to your inbox.

Profile Setup

After creating your account, complete your profile:

  • Full Name: Enter your first and last name
  • Company Name: Your business or organization name
  • Role: Your role within the organization
  • Phone Number: Optional contact number

Logging In

To log in to your existing account:

  1. Go to urvo.io and click "Log In".
  2. Enter your email and password, or click "Continue with Google".
  3. You'll be redirected to your dashboard.

Forgot Password

If you've forgotten your password:

  1. Click "Forgot Password?" on the login page.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Check your inbox for a password reset email.
  4. Click the reset link and create a new password.

Troubleshooting

Email not received

  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Verify you entered the correct email address
  • Try resending the verification email

Google sign-in issues

  • Make sure pop-ups are allowed in your browser
  • Try clearing your browser cache
  • Ensure you're using the correct Google account
