Creating Your Account

1. Visit app.urvo.io/signup.
2. Choose your preferred signup method:
   • Email & Password: Enter your email and a secure password.
   • Google Sign-in: Use your existing Google account for instant access.
3. Verify your email address (if using email signup). You will receive an email with a link to verify your email.
4. Your account and workspace have been created!

Profile Setup

Complete your profile to get the most out of urvo:

1. Workspace Name: Your organization or business name.
2. Workspace Website: Your organization's publicly accessible website.
3. Timezone: What timezone your organization operates in.
4. Team Members: Invite your co-workers or team members to let them create and configure agents.

Plans

Signing up gives you a free plan to try urvo with. Paid plans differ in call minutes, concurrent calls and phone numbers — the number of agents you can build is not what you pay for.

Logging In

Once you have an account, accessing urvo is simple:

1. Go to app.urvo.io/login
2. Enter your credentials or use Google Sign-in
3. You'll be redirected to your dashboard

Forgot Password?

If you forget your password, you can reset it easily:

1. Click "Forgot Password?" on the login page
2. Enter your email address
3. Check your email for a reset link
4. Follow the link to create a new password

Troubleshooting

Email Not Received?

• Check your spam/junk folder
• Ensure you typed your email correctly
• Wait up to 10 minutes for delivery
• Contact support if still not received

Google Sign-in Issues?

• Ensure cookies are enabled
• Try an incognito/private window
• Check if Google account is verified
• Clear browser cache and try again
