How To
Add Workflows
Automate the work around your calls
What workflows do
Workflows are visual automations that run outside of a call. You pick a trigger, add steps, and urvo runs them for you — no code needed.
Typical uses:
- Log a completed call to your CRM and post a summary to Slack.
- Call a new lead the moment they arrive.
- Schedule a callback when someone asks to be reached later.
- Book a follow-up in your calendar based on how the call went.
How to get started
- Select Workflows in the dashboard sidebar.
- Click Create New → New Flow, or Start from Template to begin with a working example.
- Choose a trigger, add your steps, and configure each one.
- Publish the flow, then switch its toggle on.
A workflow only runs once it is both published and enabled.
Not the same as Agent Workflow
Keep these two apart:
- Workflows automate what happens around a call — CRM updates, alerts, scheduling.
- Agent Workflow shapes what your agent says and does during a live conversation.
