# Sign up & Login

Create your urvo account and start building AI voice agents in minutes

## Creating Your Account

To get started with urvo, you'll need to create an account:

1. Visit the urvo website at [urvo.io](https://urvo.io).
2. Click the **"Sign Up"** button.
3. Choose your sign-up method:
   - **Email:** Enter your email address and create a password
   - **Google:** Click "Continue with Google" to use your Google account
4. Verify your email address by clicking the confirmation link sent to your inbox.

## Profile Setup

After creating your account, complete your profile:

- **Full Name:** Enter your first and last name
- **Company Name:** Your business or organization name
- **Role:** Your role within the organization
- **Phone Number:** Optional contact number

## Logging In

To log in to your existing account:

1. Go to [urvo.io](https://urvo.io) and click **"Log In"**.
2. Enter your email and password, or click **"Continue with Google"**.
3. You'll be redirected to your dashboard.

## Forgot Password

If you've forgotten your password:

1. Click **"Forgot Password?"** on the login page.
2. Enter your email address.
3. Check your inbox for a password reset email.
4. Click the reset link and create a new password.

## Troubleshooting

### Email not received

- Check your spam/junk folder
- Verify you entered the correct email address
- Try resending the verification email

### Google sign-in issues

- Make sure pop-ups are allowed in your browser
- Try clearing your browser cache
- Ensure you're using the correct Google account
